Summary: Routine maintenance (weekly), quarterly maintenance (every 3 months), annual maintenance (yearly)

1. Daily Maintenance (Weekly)

Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the column with a soft cloth to remove dust and stains. Avoid residue from corrosive liquids (such as engine oil, acid-base solutions).

Lubrication:

Electric type: Apply lithium-based grease to the guide rails and gears to reduce mechanical wear.

Hydraulic type: Check for oil leaks at the oil pipe joints and replenish hydraulic oil (the model must match the factory requirements).

Functional test: Raise and lower the column 5-10 times to check for any abnormal noises, jams, or incomplete lifting/lowering.

2. Quarterly Maintenance (Every 3 Months)

Circuit Check:

Tighten the power cord connectors to avoid poor contact leading to short circuits or equipment failure.

Test the operating status of the circuit breakers and relays in the control box and clean the internal dust.

Sensor Calibration:

Infrared phototransistor sensor: Clean the surface dust and adjust the distance between the tubes to ensure sensitive detection.

Ground loop: Check for damage to the coil and retest the vehicle detection sensitivity.

3. Annual Maintenance (Annually)

Complete overhaul of the hydraulic system (hydraulic type):

Replace hydraulic oil (it is recommended to use 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil), clean the oil tank and oil filter.

Check the hydraulic cylinder seals for aging and replace damaged O-rings or oil seals.

Structural Stability Test:

Use a level to measure the verticality of the column. If the deviation exceeds 5mm, the base needs to be recalibrated.

Check for cracks in the concrete foundation and grout and reinforce as necessary.
